German-born English actor, best known for playing Merry in the Lord of the Rings trilogy and Charlie Pace in TV series LOST. In his early career his agency had listed him 5ft 6, although says on twitter "I'm 5'8" after saying 5ft 7. In 2014 he mentioned his weight, saying "I'm 147lbs".
Without shoes on, I'm five foot seven. And I was the tallest Hobbit out of the three of us. Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, and Billy Boyd being just slightly smaller than me.
