The Bachelorette's Chad Johnson may be a lot of things, but shy isn't one of them. The former Marine — who is returning to television tonight for the third season of Bachelor in Paradise — is clearly ready to showcase his rock hard abs on the beach in Mexico.

The 28-year-old captioned the picture, "I know I'm a douche for posting this.. But whatever.. It feels good to be back in shape after eating junk and traveling all over Los Angeles for a month while in town filming the #MenTellAll."
